The Citus Health solution will enable CSI Pharmacy to digitally transform its patient communications and clinical operations for its census of 200 specialty pharmacy patients across 25 states.

- Automate manual processes with standard or custom secure forms, including patient assessments with supply inventory request, satisfaction surveys, nursing notes and delivery tickets
- Improve cash flow and expedite reimbursements with digital signature and supply capture tools that facilitate approval processes that matches payer criteria and supporting documents to aide quick feedback for referral sources
Sheets added, “The solution will also significantly enhance our billing process. For example, we previously had to hold claims until nursing documentation was mailed or faxed in, which could mean we weren’t able to process claims in some instances for up to four weeks. With MHALink powered by Citus Health we will be able to collect notes directly within the application and process claims within 24 hours vs. weeks.
